Coupe, Shaken, Up

  • 1 1/2oz Mezcal
  • 1oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4oz Agave Syrup
  • 1 dash Bittermen’s Hellfire Shrub

Garnish with dried habanero, or pink peppercorn sitting on the foam. We can even do a Tajin dip on the glass rim or maybe we save that for another recipe.
