- 2 oz Doña Vega
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .50 oz clover honey
- 1/8 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 2 medium sized strawberries
- Mezsal Hibiscus Mole Salt
Rim a martini or coupe glass with Mezsal Hibiscus Mole Salt and add a large ice cube. In a shaker tin, add strawberries and cardamom and muddle until it looks like a puree. Add the remaining ingredients into shaker with some ice and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with strawberry slices
