Doña Limonada

  • 2 oz Doña Vega
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz clover honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cardamom
  • 2 medium sized strawberries
  • Mezsal hibiscus mole rim

Start by rimming a martini or coupe glass with Mezcal hibiscus mole salt and add a large ice cube. In a shaker tin, add the strawberries and cardamom and muddle until it looks like a puree. Add the remaining ingredients into the tin along with some ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into your glass and garnish with strawberry slices.
