- 2 oz Doña Vega
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .50 oz agave
- 1 inch of a cucumber, chopped
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
- Mezsal Jalapeño Cucumber Salt rim
Rim a martini or coupe glass with Mezsal Jalapeño Cucumber Salt and add a large ice cube. In a shaker tin, muddle chopped cucumber until it looks like a puree. Next, rip basil leaves into pieces. Add basil leaves and remaining ingredients plus ice into shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with basil leaves and a cucumber slice.
