2oz DV Mezcal

1/2 oz Aperol

1/2 Grapefruit Juice

2oz DV Mezcal

1/2 oz Aperol

1/2 Grapefruit Juice

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle fruit / herbs. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish.

DV Amaretto Fruit Punch

2oz DV Mezcal Joven Espadín

1 oz Amareto

1 oz Lime Juice (No pulp)

1 oz Pineapple Juice (No pulp)

2 Bar Spoons Blackberry ponche (cooked down black berry)

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish.

DV Negroni

1 1/2 oz DV Mezcal Joven Espadín

1 oz Aperol

1 oz Dry Vermouth

Combine in shaker full of ice, shake vigorously and strain into an up glass. Garnish with orange peel.
