Cran Apple Crush

1 1/2 oz Doña Vega Mezcal Espadín

1 1/2 oz fall spiced infused cranberry juice

1 oz fresh lime juice

2 oz Ginger Beer

Combine mezcal, juices and ice in collins glass. Stir gently, top with ginger beer. Garnish with cinnamon stick, thyme sprig, and lime wheel.
