Jalapiña Colada

2 oz Doña Vega

1 oz fresh pineapple juice

.75 oz coconut water

.25 oz agave

1-2 slices of jalapeño (depending on how spicy you'd prefer)

Add all of the ingredients in a shaker tin along with some ice. Shake hard to express the spice from the jalapeños. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with pineapple fronds and a jalapeño slice.
