1 1/2 oz Doña Vega Mezcal Espadín

1/4 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Calpico Juice

Combine all ingredients into shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously 20 seconds. Dip rim of old fashioned glass into spicy salt. Add one large ice cube and strain drink. Garnish with a shiso leaf.
