Puerto Escondido

2 oz Doña Vega Mezcal Espadín

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 oz limoncello

1 1/4 oz pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Garnish rim of stemmed coctail glass with Tajín salt. Serve up.
