- 2 oz Doña Vega
- .75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- .25 oz fresh lime juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 1.5 oz ginger beer
- tiny pinch of salt
- tiny pinch of ground black pepper
Rip mint leaves into pieces and put directly into the shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients, except for the ginger beer, to shaker tin with some ice. Shake hard to express the mint into mixture and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top off with ginger beer and give it a little stir. Garnish with a mint sprig and grapefruit slice.
