- 2 oz Doña Vega
- .75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- .25 oz fresh lime juice5 mint leaves
- 1.5 oz ginger beer
- tiny pinch of salt
- tiny pinch of ground black pepper
Start by ripping the mint leaves into pieces and put them directly into the shaker tin. Add all of the remaining ingredients, except for the ginger beer, to a shaker tin along with some ice. Shake hard to express the mint into the mixture and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top the drink off with ginger beer and give it a little stir. Garnish with a mint sprig and grapefruit slice.
